Hearty congratulations to Munn Patel – Son of Dixita & Zygmin (Gopal) Patel in getting selected for Chicago Blasters (Co-owned by ACAC).  This is a professional team in Minor League Cricket (MiLC).  A huge step and an inspiration for  kids at ACAC (American Cricket Academy & Club) to dream BIG and create a pathway for Cricket.

Minor League Cricket is the only nation-wide T20 tournament in the US that is sanctioned by USA Cricket and internationally recognized by the International Cricket Council (ICC). Minor League Cricket will feature 24 city-based teams from across the US, filled with the top echelon of talent from across the country combined with three players of international repute in each team.

Munn Patel, the top prospect from ACAC St. Louis, went through trials and got selected in 18 men roster for Chicago Blasters.

Over 70 best cricket players, came from all the major Midwest cities, participated in 2 separate trials, which includes physical fitness and real game-based scenarios for skill testing, conducted by the USA National Cricket Team selector. It was an honor for Munn, as an ACAC youth, in the draft process and being selected.
